3. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:

- Ensure access to the property during the agreed service times.

4. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered by Gardener Teddington is subject to the following terms:
- Invoices are issued upon completion of services or as otherwise agreed in the service contract.
- Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stipulated.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as specified in the invoice.
4.1 Fees and Charges
Our fees are competitive and are determined based on the scope of services required. Any additional work requested by the Client that is outside the original agreement will be billed separately.
5. Cancellation Policy
The Client may cancel a scheduled service with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Liability
Gardener Teddington strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
6.1 Insurance
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against potential damages or accidents that may occur during the provision of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
7.1 Consequences of Termination
Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

Gardener Teddington respects the privacy of our Clients. Any personal or property information provided will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client's consent unless required by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gardener Teddington operates.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the appropriate legal channels.

In the event of a force majeure situation, we will notify the Client as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to resume services.
13. Independent Contractors
Both parties acknowledge that Gardener Teddington operates as an independent contractor and not as an employee or agent of the Client.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Gardener Teddington and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
15.1 No Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition of these terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
16. Assignment
The Client may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of Gardener Teddington.

All notices under these terms should be sent to the designated contact point provided by Gardener Teddington.
18. Feedback
We value feedback from our Clients. Any feedback provided is voluntary and should not contain confidential information. By providing feedback, the Client grants Gardener Teddington the right to use it for any purpose without restriction.

This indemnification covers all losses, liabilities, and costs, including legal fees, incurred by Gardener Teddington due to the Client's actions or omissions.
29. Limitation of Liability
Gardener Teddington's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these terms is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services in question.
